Laura Braatz

I'm Laura, mum of two daughters, married and working as a state-certified early years educator in nursery care since 2011.

The approaches of Maria Montessori and Emmi Pikler shape my work – and my everyday life as a mum.

Three days a week I look after children aged 1–3 in a nursery group, and on two further days I lead PEKiP courses. What matters most to me here is open, non-judgemental exchange with parents. With Erste Jahre, I support families through their child's first year of life – a time when attachment, trust and security grow.

I'm currently deepening my knowledge of early childhood reflexes and training as a reflex integration trainer. In future, I'd also like to help older children and adults unlock their potential and overcome challenges in learning, behaviour and health.
